Fulfilment, Distribution & Returns

Illofy uses a variety of dropship fulfilment services for various ranges and products. Below is some information regarding these services.

Each service naturally has it's own processing times and return policies. I have done my best to give you all the information needed below but if there's anything further you might want to know then please contact me here.

I will always do my best to help you with your order and find a resolution with suppliers.

Illofy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers and unfortunately cannot refund the postage cost for mailing.

Teemill
For all apparel and tote products I use Teemill. They are a sustainable, print on demand platform I have used for years, and love the quality of their clothing and other printed products. Illofy’s apparel operates on a different sub domain as there’s no direct link with the Squarespace platform I use for my main shop. Yes there are plenty of other providers of print on demand clothing products, however, Illofy is about making things thoughtfully, so with Teemill I can offer high-quality, responsibly made clothing without compromising my values.

Gelato
For all print-to-order fine art products I use Gelato. Their vision is to redefine global manufacturing for the benefit of people and the planet, PLUS their prints are the best around. Gelato, and therefore myself, cannot offer any returns on fine art prints. Gelato's policy for damaged items will involve you contacting me within 30 days of receipt, reporting the issue with clear photos of the damage and packaging, and providing a description to expedite a free replacement. Of course I will endeavour to sort for you as soon as possible. 

For all original art products... I hold, ship and fulfil these items myself. Some Illofy policies are outlined below.

  • Originals: I cannot offer returns or exchanges on any paper prints, canvas art, original paper art or accessories.

  • Damaged Items: If your parcel and product has been damaged in the post and the print, original art or item has been damaged, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item or items, and I will make a claim with the relevant courier.

  • UK Shipping: I send all original art, 2nd class tracked with Royal Mail. My process times are usually within 1-3 business days.

  • International Shipping: I send all original art internally with Royal Mail. Orders are tracked and I usually process them within 1-3 business days. There is a flat fee of £12 per international item due to the cost of the tracked service from the UK, along with tax tariffs and handling fees.

  • For all orders: Items are generally shipped and packaged individually so there is a postage cost per item. I package items individually to keep products in as good quality as possible during transit.
