A cute kitty sporting a punk-rock hairdo.
Inspired by the phrase, “kindness is the new punk rock” which is a sentiment taken from the 2025 Superman comic book movie. With this in mind, I wanted to combine a cute and innocent animal with a punk mohawk, creating contrast. For me, punk music is steeped in rebellion and non-conformity. We live in turbulent times, with prejudice, hate and war across the globe and this simply doesn’t sit right with me.
Through these original pieces, I want to show that no matter who you are you kindly rebel against pessimism and any crap that’s going on in the world.
