Fulfilment, Distribution & Returns

Illofy uses a variety of dropship fulfilment services for various ranges and products. Below is some information regarding these services.

Each service naturally has it's own processing times and return policies. I have done my best to give you all the information needed below but if there's anything further you might want to know then please contact me here.

I will always do my best to help you with your order and find a resolution with suppliers.

Illofy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers and unfortunately cannot refund the postage cost for mailing.

 

Teemill
For all clothing products I use Teemill.com, a sustainable print on demand service which I have used for years and love the quality of their apparel. They're UK based and ship globally. Teemill offer a 28 day return for customers and I am responsible for any customer service requirements. For any damaged items, please contact me within 14-30 days with photos and an explanation and I will endeavour to sort for you as soon as possible.

Gelato
For all print-to-order art products I use Gelato. Their vision is to redefine global manufacturing for the benefit of people and the planet, PLUS their prints are the best around. Gelato, and therefore myself, cannot offer any returns on fine art prints. Gelato's policy for damaged items will involve you contacting me within 30 days of receipt, reporting the issue with clear photos of the damage and packaging, and providing a description to expedite a free replacement. Of course I will endeavour to sort for you as soon as possible.

Mixam
For all print-to-order books and publications I use Mixam. These guys are a leading online printing platform that creates customisable print products for a global audience. Mixam, and therefore myself, cannot offer any returns on books and publications. In order for me to process any damaged products that may occur, i will need you to contact me within 4 working days of receiving the item or items.

 

For all Limited Edition products... I hold, ship and fulfil these items myself. Some Illofy policies are outlined below.

  • Prints: I cannot offer returns or exchanges on any paper prints, original art or accessories.
  • Damaged Items: If your parcel and product has been damaged in the post and the print, original art or item has been damaged, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item or items, and I will make a claim with the relevant courier.
